Dear Valued Customer,
The Jaws Rod Company guarantees that its rods and blanks are free from manufacturing and workmanship defects. If a rod or blank is found to have such a defect, it will be replaced free of charge.
This limited lifetime warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or tampering, nor does it cover damage not related to defects in material or workmanship. It also does not cover damage from repairs performed by anyone other than JAWS or an authorized JAWS service provider.
If, after inspection, we determine that the rod or blank failed for reasons other than defects in material or workmanship, a replacement will be available at 50% of the MSRP plus shipping charges.
Rods returned under this warranty will be examined for defects in material or workmanship and repaired or replaced at the discretion of Jaws International, Inc. Please note that color and components may vary between new replacements and old or discontinued rods.
This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, or damage resulting from accidents, normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or lack of maintenance.
All rods must be returned with an RMA number to: Jaws Fishing
The original sales receipt, along with the buyer’s name, address, and telephone number, must be included.
